Pubtunes was the first app for a micro-brand that I made with Jacob Wyke called Disposable Apps. The idea being that with app prices being rough
It was made possible once Apple opened up access to a user’s music on iPhone. It was originally modeled (and named after) a drinking game called Power Hour. Unfortunately it spent 2 months in review from Apple before being rejected because it encouraged the consumption of alcohol.
We rebranded it to Pubtunes, but unfortunately because of the delay in review we were not the first
Power Hour music guessing game on the AppStore.
