They say that the secret to running fast is to run slow. And if you runs slow you can go longer distances. And today was my longest yet: 10.5km. It was long, and my feet got tired towards the end but after about 6km you just zone out.
One thing I like about these longer distances I can explore more. Today I saw a bunch of beautiful rice paddies ready for harvest. One of the farmers had setup scare crows.
Most of the run I was the only one going my direction, but on the way back I got passed up by a couple of people. Having someone to follow gave me a bit of a spring to my step as I tried to keep pace-ish. with them.
