Sep. 06, 2018 - First Run in a Week

I didn't plan on not running for a week. But the weather didn't permit it.

Today's run got a bit difficult near the end. Even though you wouldn't think it, missing even one run feels like it has an effect on your stamina.

My target pace for these runs is quite slow - around 8:30 - 9:00 mins per km. But I can't seem to runthatslow.
