A not so secret gem in the Japan fast-food burger world is Mos Burger. While the name sounds unappetizing (a _moss_ burger), there is indeed no mos in their burgers. But I digress. Recently, much like McDonalds has done in the US, they've been trying to offer a more 'premium' brand ala the McCafe. Less fast food burger joint, more fast food burger + a bit better interior + some different food options.
What makes this one worth writing about is it's location. It's not far from Enoshima. Though the beach is literally across the street, you can't view the ocean or anything from it, but they're dog friendly. After living in Austin for a number of years, where dogs are welcome most everywhere, it's nice to find a place nearby in Japan where we can go _and_ bring our pup with us.
What's more they also have a large parking lot that if you spend ¥400 at their shop, will buy you a free 90 minutes. This means it's perfect for a quick visit to the beach, pick up some coffee or sodas on the way back, and no need to pay for parking.
