Lunch Run
Essentials of Nofx…without The Decline?! Does not compute.

Snow!☃️

Morning Run with Leo
He’s been looking forward to running together all week.

Successfully installed a new battery and swapped the bad hard drive for an sd-card.

Run sans Leo
Fuji looking grand. Running without music really increases perceived effort.

Run with Leo
He wanted to go running with me. So we ran to the park.

Took a nap and made cafe misto (half coffee/half warm & foamy milk). Perfect Sunday afternoon.

Doing some reading in Spain in preparation for a work trip at the end of the month...and I've started re-reading Vagabonding, and re-watching A Map for Saturday. It reminded me that I want to walk the Camino de Santiago. Only 500 miles, give or take.

2024 First Run
With a PR on my 5k. Was supposed to be a chill run….
